Revert "Added redhat-rpm-config version for ldconfig_scriptlets" 
This is not needed and is part of epel-rpm-macros too. Moreover, it
pulls runtime dependencies.

This reverts commit ad6f6d206f.

- Created emoji tab in ibus-setup

Fixed ibus_emoji_dict_load() API.
Focus on emoji text entry by default
Removed internal text buffer and use Gtk.Entry buffer instead.
Implemented cursor left, right, home, end on emoji annotation preedit.
Show localized emoji description from tts in emoji xml.
