486bd7adf8 acls: extract default ACLs correctly

5e2150f9ed tar: allow passing args to commands called from tar 
This allows us to run ./configure --with-lzma="xz --format=lzma" - thus the
default --lzma compressor is xz (no need to have dependency on
xz-lzma-compat package).
