0d10c1af1e Remove libmtcr_ul.a from package and optimize find commands 
Stop shipping the libmtcr_ul.a static library in the package, aligning
with modern packaging practices that avoid static libraries unless
specifically required.

Also optimize the spec file:
- Combine separate find commands in %prep into a single optimized call
- Use '-type f,l' in %install cleanup to remove both files and symlinks,
  preventing broken symlinks from being packaged if *.a or *.la files
  have symlink aliases

The changes were taken from the c10s spec file and they were first
introduced in the fedora project by Michal Schmidt in the following
commits:
