Eugene Syromiatnikov 0de6f92c23 Add Obsoletes: tags for 8.4.0.z sub-packages 
In order to provide smooth updating experience and avoid situations
like [1].

* kmod-redhat-oracleasm.spec (%kmod_rpm_release): Bump to 18.2.
(%kmod_kernel_version, %kmod_kernel_version_min): Change to the GA version.
(Obsoletes): Add new tags for 8.4.0.z sub-packages.
(%changelog): Add a new record.

Resolves: RHEL-76082
