f86cb3e71f Only require gvfs-client, not the gvfs daemon parts 
...which then no longer poses a problem for Flatpaks (where
org.fedoraproject.Platform//f34 now even already includes gvfs-client), so this
reverts f9d7bc4289 "Don't Require gvfs for Flatpak
builds" again.

f9d7bc4289 Don't Require gvfs for Flatpak builds 
Otherwise we would have to pull gvfs into the "gedit" flatpak
module/container.
