fd8439c3e6 Disable parallel make to work around missing desktop file translations 
gedit's build system appears to have a race where sometimes translations
aren't merged back in the desktop files. This commit disables parallel
make to work this around for now.

ff52b7a3ab Build with --disable-static 
Instead of building static libraries and then removing them afterwards,
just pass --disable-static to configure.

bedb6ad1cf Require libpeas-loader-python3 for Python 3 plugin support 
libpeas loaders are now split out into individual subpackages.
