3e8627dea8 Never include bluetooth module by default 
This is a temporary workaround for RHBZ #1964879. Once that is
fixed properly it can be removed.

Allow generating initramfs images on the /boot directory 
The dracut kernel-install scripts should be useful also for setups that
are not following the BootLoaderSpec. So if the destination directory
for the BLS kernel and initramfs doesn't exist, fallback to install the
initramfs images in /boot.

bf2051714e Use versioned Obsoletes 
Also change <= N to < N+1. For example, dracut-029-1 > dracut-029, so would not
get obsoleted properly. This all applies to old versions, so doesn't make much
difference in practice, so just fix it to avoid c&p duplication of the bad
pattern in the future.
