4dfa7981ab CI Gating: Add the python-probing testcase 
Add tests/Regression/python-probing covering rhbz2027683.  Also
do minor updates to help the other tests behave correctly.

6405633026 Drop the old STI tests. 
Currently OSCI doesn't allow for combining STI and FMF
tests. Provided FMF tests are a superset of the STI test
this commit drops.

bd17deb969 CI Gating: Rpminspect kick off configuration 
Configure osci.brew-build.rpminspect.static-analysis so that it
doesn't report empty payload for the systemtap package, and check
shell syntax for systemtap script or tapset files that are actually
not shell scripts.

294e2ca11c CI Gating: Set up mandatory rebuild tests 
Make sure components consuming systemtap-devel continue building
after a systemtap update.  Currently glibc and qemu rebuilds are
attempted.
