Petr Písař fba5dbf9bf Break a build cycle: perl-YAML-LibYAML → perl-boolean → perl-JSON-MaybeXS → perl-Cpanel-JSON-XS → perl-YAML-LibYAML 
Maybe a better break point is perl-boolean.spec. Though, I used
perl-YAML-LibYAML because it already has a switch for the optional
tests.
