    Apply two upstream net-next gve commits for GCP gVNIC support:

    • 07993df56091 gve: Update QPL page registration logic (backported to
      the 6.12 gve driver)
    • a2f19184014f gve: Enable reading max ring size from the device in
      DQO-QPL mode

    Release gets a .gcp suffix as on previous GCP branches.
