3261b114d4 ptrace: replace get_dumpable() fix with kABI-safe variant 
The previous commit shipped upstream 31e62c2ebbfd as-is, which adds an
'unsigned user_dumpable:1' bit to task_struct. That layout change
breaks kABI: the symtype signature of struct task_struct is referenced
by hundreds of stablelist exports.

Replace with a minimal kABI-safe slice that only touches
kernel/ptrace.c: when task->mm == NULL, require CAP_SYS_PTRACE in
init_user_ns unconditionally. This closes the Qualys advisory hole
without modifying task_struct or exit_mm(). The behavioural delta vs
upstream is that an already-exited user task whose mm has been
cleared now also requires CAP_SYS_PTRACE.

55ac995a97 ptrace: slightly saner get_dumpable() logic 
Backport of upstream commit 31e62c2ebbfd ("ptrace: slightly saner
'get_dumpable()' logic") posted by Linus Torvalds in response to a
Qualys Security Advisory. ptrace_may_access() no longer trusts an
absent mm as 'dumpable enough'; mm-less targets (kernel threads,
exited tasks) now require CAP_SYS_PTRACE. A new user_dumpable bit
in task_struct caches the last user-dumpable state of a task whose
mm has been torn down in exit_mm().

Applies to AlmaLinux 10s as-is (offset-only adjusted for the 227
source base, no fuzz).

2a655dcde0 net: skbuff: propagate shared-frag marker through frag-transfer helpers 
Replace the partial fix shipped in 6.12.0-227 (which was a backport of
Hyunwoo Kim's v1 patch covering only __pskb_copy_fclone() and
skb_try_coalesce()) with a backport of the upstream v3 patch:

v3 also covers skb_shift() (the new hunk added in v2) and
skb_gro_receive() / skb_gro_receive_list() (the audit follow-up
suggested by Sultan Alsawaf in agVpIsaSherjHTYg@sultan-box).

All five sites moved frag descriptors between skbs without
propagating the SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG marker, so destinations could end
up referencing externally-owned or page-cache-backed pages while
reporting skb_has_shared_frag() as false. Combined with ESP-over-UDP
and UDP GRO, or any nf_dup_ipv4 / xt_TEE caller, this lets an
unprivileged user trigger in-place ESP decryption over root-owned
page-cache pages (CVE-2026-46300, "Fragnesia").

Restore the two Dirty Frag patches that were introduced on this branch
in 6.12.0-226 (commit 2a779fc66) and dropped during the import of
6.12.0-227.el10:

  1100-xfrm-esp-avoid-in-place-decrypt-shared-skb-frags.patch
  1101-rxrpc-linearize-paged-frags.patch

Add the sibling supplement already shipped on the a10 branch as its
local Patch1100, renumbered to 1102 here so it sits next to the other
two:

  1102-net-skbuff-propagate-shared-frag-marker.patch

Release is not bumped; new entry is added under the existing
6.12.0-227 version, matching the pattern used by the original 226
commit.

2a779fc66c Apply Dirty Frag fixes (CVE-2026-43284, CVE-2026-43500) 
Apply the same Patch1100 (xfrm/esp) and Patch1101 (rxrpc) shipped on
the AlmaLinux 10 main branch. Release is not bumped since 226 has not
yet shipped to users; a second changelog entry is added under the
existing 6.12.0-226 version.
