Takao Fujiwara e08ec45e28 Updated ibus-HEAD.patch from upstream. 
Fixed ibus-setup SEGV when an engine is selected.
Fixed ibus-setup deprecated warnings with the latest python3-gobject.
Integrated the 'IBUS_SETUP_XID' environment variable for each engine setup.
Set prgname 'ibus-setup' for ibus-setup.
