62fe3c2ff7 Drop old scriptlets causing FTBFS with new rpm 
rpm started failing during build when it detects overlapping triggers.
It seems that this never worked reliably. Simply remove them
altogether since there is not need to support upgrades from
Fedora of 2011 vintage.

a8dd73e98a Remove obsolete config from service file 
systemd-journald is now early in boot so "syslog" is always available,
and there is no need to override logging from system defaults.

ee6b9db384 Fix systemd scriptlets. 
1) Don't always enable the service - only run 'systemctl enable' on initial package install
2) Add a trigger to catch the case where we are upgrading from a pre-systemd version.
