to not be properly parsed for perl requirements. This was fixed as part

Remove the unused patch for DESTDIR in the python instlibdir
...
Changes in git-1.8.5 made the files it patched irrelevant.
We also no longer need to remove %{python_sitelib} or
%{gitcoredir}/git-remote-testgit.
