The parallel make issue with GIR generation should be fixed now with
gobject-introspection-1.45.4-1.fc23.

kms-winsys: try to hobble along if driver doesn't support page flips
...
Some drivers ( like mgag200 ) don't yet support drmModePageFlip.
This commit tries to emulate the functionality using drmWaitVBlank
and drmModeSetCrtc in those cases.
Failing all else, it just falls back to flipping right away.

Disable cogl-gst as long as we don't have clutter-gst3
...
cogl-gst appears to be only needed for clutter-gst 3 which isn't in
Fedora yet and causing problems otherwise. Disable it until we get
clutter-gst3.

It doesn't do anything useful right now; all tests just fail. It
probably needs a display server to make the tests properly work.
