66c8020b8a Release 1.12.1 
This is a bugfix release that fixes a regression in v1.12.0 which broke
bootc-image-builder and osbuild for images without a separate /boot partition.
The install would fail with "Found entry in boot: efi".

This release includes:
- bootc upgrade --download-only/--from-downloaded for staged updates
- bootc container inspect command
- systemd-boot SecureBoot autoenrollment support
- Various composefs improvements (soft reboot, /var copying, etc.)
- Fix for bootc switch --mutate-in-place outside booted environment
- Fix for bootc status on non-bootc systems
