This release includes:
- bootc upgrade --download-only/--from-downloaded for staged updates
- bootc container inspect command
- systemd-boot SecureBoot autoenrollment support
- Various composefs improvements (soft reboot, /var copying, etc.)
- Fix for bootc switch --mutate-in-place outside booted environment
- Fix for bootc status on non-bootc systems

Resolves: RHEL-140335
