We have enhanced the menu_launch_type to allow for
start checking and maximizing applications.
This PR uses the new functions wherever it seems
logical.
If special logic was used for certain cases,
we have not touched these to preserve the
exact behaviour.
The crash workaround for the Fonts flatpak is dropped because it
no longer seems to be needed with the latest version of the
flatpak, and dropping it simplifies this migration.

Most GNOME apps now have a standardized About screen with links
(not buttons) for credits, website and links. Lukas called these
'selectors', which I like - but inconsistently; as well as
generic gnome_selector_foo needles, we have some app-specific
needles, and some with 'button' in the name.
Let's always call these 'selectors', always use generic needle
names (since the same needles should match for almost all apps),
and have the one remaining case where we have a 'button' (the
credits button in Evince) be the variant case, handled by putting
'button' in the needle name, but using the same tag as other
needles.

Let's not trust hitting enter in just one place but hit the save
button like we do elsewhere (this avoids an awkward issue where
hitting enter doesn't work on the new nautilus version). Also,
let's consolidate the needles under a sensible tag name.

We also need to use the old workflow for f40 respin testing.
Also, put back a wait and some comments that were left out of
the 'old' flow.

Silverblue Rawhide contains an older version of Maps than Workstation
Rawhide. This PR allow to test both of the versions depending on the
subvariant variable. When Silverblue and Workstation will use the
same version, this should be removed.
These loops make us click extremely fast. This may cause
unreliable results, I think. At least, the test is failing a
lot lately, with results that look like it's not always getting
the expected four levels of zoom. Let's try a short sleep
between clicks.

It seems like the export screen takes a while to appear on 40 and
Rawhide ATM, and we might start typing before it's there. Let's
assert it's actually there before we start doing stuff.

Loupe's Open dialog defaults to Recent, not Pictures, so when
we're using Loupe we need to click into Pictures to find the
exported image.

Loupe has replaced EOG on F39 and Rawhide, and it can be found
with "image viewer", so let's just go with that. The rest of the
logic should be OK but we will likely need some new needles,
will do that next.

See e.g. https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/tests/1829593
sometimes we see the app UI briefly before the access prompt
appears. Handle that case by waiting a few seconds and doing
the match again.

* Scarborough provided quite a messy map that resulted
in frequent needle failure. Changing the location
for something better to make it more reliable.
* The zoom test could have failed with a low resolution
image. Adding some timeout to the needle give more
time to load the proper image.
