Jarek Prokop 34906f3e48 Fix test suite for vagrant-libvirt 0.11.2 with qemu session as default. 
Adjust Requires and BuildRequires for spec.

Delete sed commands relating to SimpleCov and test
suite disabling, they are no longer required.
