Update package to version 0.4.1.
Since upstream commit 2428bbfab7eb ("Build xz tarballs instead of
bzip2"), .tar.xz is used instead of .tar.bz2, update `Source0`
accordingly.
In addition, switch the `Source0` URL from the old FTP to HTTPS.
Drop `0001-Switch-to-using-dixChangeWindowProperty.patch` as the
upstream commit 8706f60ab457 ("Switch to using
dixChangeWindowProperty"), included in v0.4.1, already contains the
patch.
