8ac4b2a2e6 Ignore bpf objects in rpminspect annocheck 
The rpminspect annocheck doesn't work on BPF object files. We therefore
disable it for these files. The rpminspect.yaml file in the repo overrides
parts of the Red Hat config.

26cdf1a12a Build debuginfo packages again 
Building debuginfo packages appears to work fine again. The debuginfo
packages are just built for the executables, i.e., the BPF object files are
not touched. Therefore, we can enable the debuginfo packages again,
adhering to the packaging guidelines.
