RHEL Packaging Agent 284dfdc847 Rebase to wayland 1.24.0 
Rebased wayland from version 1.23.1 to 1.24.0. Updated the spec file
with the new version number, refreshed upstream sources with new SHA512
checksums in the sources file, and updated .gitignore to include the
new version files.

Resolves: RHEL-107614
