specfile: fontconfig files added to (sub)packages
...
The priority for fontconfig files were taken from previously used
value (30) in Fedora.
NOTE: We're not defining BuildRequires for 'coreutils', because this
package is installed into mock build-root by default.

...
Upstream (Artifex) has decided to move their 'urw-core35-fonts' git
repository to github.com, and rename it to 'urw-base35-fonts':
>> https://github.com/ArtifexSoftware/urw-base35-fonts
The sources can be now easily download with correct filename with:
$ spectool -g *.spec
