According to Akira Tagoh, this is no longer needed, because fc-cache
  is automatically run by fontconfig triggers...

5b9fc75250 specfile: ship the *.OTF format files as well 
Currently, LibreOffice is no longer able to use Type1/AFM formats
  (which have their limitations).And we can expect the situation to
  get even worse in the future, where other applications will start
  dropping support for Type1/AFM as well.

  Shipping same font in more than 1 format is forbidden by FPG, but
  there's no way how to resolve this at the moment...

0a7f75ca97 specfile: decrease the fontconfig priority/ordering to value 60 
Higher priorities breaks default fonts used for GUI in Fedora.
  This value was agreed with fontconfig upstream/maintainer.

6edc341bbc specfile: fontconfig files added to (sub)packages 
The priority for fontconfig files were taken from previously used
  value (30) in Fedora.

  NOTE: We're not defining BuildRequires for 'coreutils', because this
        package is installed into mock build-root by default.

7998f28c3d specfile: package source are now located at github.com 
Upstream (Artifex) has decided to move their 'urw-core35-fonts' git
  repository to github.com, and rename it to 'urw-base35-fonts':

  >> https://github.com/ArtifexSoftware/urw-base35-fonts

  The sources can be now easily download with correct filename with:
  $ spectool -g *.spec
