1867702488 Bypass kernel landlock check during build 
As landlock is a relatively new feature, the kernel runtime check fails
when run on a builder with an older kernel, e.g. in CS/RHEL.

664a298a51 Adapt flatpak conditionals for F39 
Through Fedora 38, flatpaks were built as modules, which each
Tracker-based app having their own build of tracker-miners with
domain_ontology properly defined.  As of Fedora 39, all /app builds
use a common tag, and therefore there is only one tracker-miners build.

Therefore, use a dummy app name (which must be different than
org.freedesktop in order to trigger installation of the custom domain
rule), and a script to handle the renaming which will need to be run
during cleanup-commands in each app's container.yaml.

ddd35af9b2 Fix flatpak build 
battery_detection=auto was removed upstream, changing the default to
upower, and therefore failing to build without upower-glib, which is
purposefully excluded from the flatpak build.

068f857716 Avoid systemd_requires as per updated packaging guidelines 
There is no need to have them as systemd correctly handles reloading
depending on the transaction ordering (even if systemd is installed
_after_ the package that installs the unit file).
