Debarshi Ray c975399537 Fall back to 'getent passwd' when SHELL is unset 
The Release was set to 3, so that this CentOS Stream 10 build (ie.,
toolbox-0.3-3.el10) is considered newer than the corresponding RHEL
10.2 Z-stream build (ie., toolbox-0.3-2.el10_2):
  $ rpmdev-vercmp 0.3-2.el10 0.3-2.el10_2
  0.3-2.el10 < 0.3-2.el10_2
  $ rpmdev-vercmp 0.3-3.el10 0.3-2.el10_2
  0.3-3.el10 > 0.3-2.el10_2
