The Threading Building Blocks library abstracts low-level threading details

Jonathan Wakely 53a7438cff tests: fix tmt plan setup, "how: beakerlib" is no longer supported ... Tests set their "framework" key correctly to "beakerlib", the correct setting for plan is therefore "tmt".
