9052f353b1 Lower libpanel requirement for s390 
The s390 builder is not currently updated enough to build, even though
it would be fine to use 1.4. Just lower the build requirement for now.

05dccd9a34 Bundle libunwind as part of Sysprof 
This builds libunwind-generic.a and links against it from the various
Sysprof tracers instead of relying on a system installed libunwind.

d14f7bd364 Add explicit conflicts to help with upgrades 
sysprof-capture moved from -devel to -capture-devel. Add explicit
conflicts so that dnf wouldn't try to install older -devel package
together with new -capture-devel (which would fail due to file
conflicts).

Mutter is updated to require sysprof-devel for
org.gnome.Sysprof3.Profiler.xml.

This reverts commit 4874c01555.

4874c01555 Move org.gnome.Sysprof3.Profiler.xml to sysprof-capture-devel 
mutter looks at sysprof-capture-4.pc and constructs a path to
org.gnome.Sysprof3.Profiler.xml based on that. This commit moves the
dbus interface description file to sysprof-capture-devel to fix mutter
build.

d92ba87f21 Split sysprof-capture library and header files out to sysprof-capture-devel 
This massively reduces the dep chain for packages that only need
sysprof-capture-4.pc, e.g. glib2-devel which before would pull in all of
the libsysprof-ui deps recursively.
