Chris White 2ce706da90 Renamed tests/tests.yaml to tests/test.yml 
- There are issues with the tier0 tests not kicking off. Renamed
  the tests/test.yaml to tests/test.yml to match the format of
  other packages format.

Resolves: rhbz#1975886
