2ce706da90 Renamed tests/tests.yaml to tests/test.yml 
- There are issues with the tier0 tests not kicking off. Renamed
  the tests/test.yaml to tests/test.yml to match the format of
  other packages format.

1d651cd284 Adding in standard tier0 tests folder: 
- The tier0 functional test where failing to kick off. Adding in
  tests folder with ansible test.
