88d3054536 s390x: disable usbredir 
Unit test failure which seems a endianess problem in libusb library.
Shouldn't be a major issue in s390x arch so for the time being,
disabling usbredir while issue is being handled upstream:

78bb04c06a Edit patch not to require spice-protocol 0.14.1 
We didn't bump the protocol version when backporting the new
capabilities to the spice-protocol package (as we didn't
backport any other changes in 0.14.1), so we can't require that
version here

1f90b4502c Don't Require polkit-devel for Flatpak builds 
Spice-gtk will install the polkit action when polkit is available
in the build environment. Flatpaks don't support these assets at
the moment, therefore the build of spice-gtk in Flatpaks will
fail.

a6a6e6cd1e Don't install polkit action for Flatpak builds 
While building the spice-gtk RPM to construct Flatpak, we came
across files being installed in prefix that aren't supported by
Flatpak at the moment. Polkit being one but also spice-client-glib-usb-acl-helper

ea849b12d3 Explicitly disable -Werror for builds 
The use of %autosetup -S git_am clashes with spice-compile-warnings.m4
handling of -Werror.
It automatically enables -Werror for builds from git, which are detected
through the presence of a .git directory is $srcdir. %autosetup will
create such a dir, so -Werror will be enabled, which is unwanted and a
change of behaviour from previous builds.
