0ebe76b11b Bump tests/upstream/main.fmf duration to 30m 
Time limit was reached at 99%:

tests/test_stratis.py::StratisTests::test_pool_fs_from_device_path PASSED [ 99%]
tests/test_stratis.py::StratisTests::test_stratis_can_snapshot_no_stratisd
Maximum test time '25m' exceeded.
Adjust the test 'duration' attribute if necessary.
