jan janasek 29a65ab4d4 selinux-policy: eliminate overlapping test plans ... component-filtered and tier1-filtered plans are overlapping with tests that have metadata: "tier: 1" and "component:selinux-policy", therefore condition "tier:-1" added to component-filtered plan to not run those those tests twice.
