Add glance policy

Allow mdadm setsched
/var/run/initramfs should not be relabeled with a restorecon run
memcache can be setup to override sys_resource
Allow httpd_t to read tetex data
Allow systemd_tmpfiles to delete kernel modules left in /tmp directory.
