John Kacur ec1d11ed97 rteval: Make dmidecode requirement architecture-specific 
dmidecode is not available on s390x and other architectures.
The code already handles missing dmidecode gracefully, so make
the requirement architecture-specific to allow installation on
platforms without DMI tables.
