e32e6e538e Rebase to 7.4.0 
- drop autoconf automake libtool from BuildRequires
 - depends on systemd >= 201 because of the sd_journal_get_events() api

d9d32ce255 Switch the local message source from imuxsock to imjournal 
The imuxsock module is left enabled so it is easy to swich back to it
and because systemd drops a file into /etc/rsyslog.d which only
imuxsock can parse.

db527059e0 Rebase to an upstream snapshot 
- src: rsyslog-7.3.15-20130604git6e72fa6.tar.gz
 - drop patches 3, 4 - merged upstream
 - add a patch to silence warnings emitted by the imuxsock module
 - drop the imkmsg plugin
 - enable compilation of additional modules
   imjournal, mmanon, omjournal, omrabbitmq
 - new subpackages: crypto, rabbitmq
 - add python-docutils and autoconf to global BuildRequires
 - drop the option for backwards compatibility from the
   sysconfig file - it is no longer supported
 - call autoreconf to prepare the snapshot for building

- change license from 'GPLv3+' to '(GPLv3+ and ASL 2.0)'

This is the intended and expected behavior (from rpm POV): only a single
trigger is executed per each trigger target <-> source pair in a transaction.

By combining them, the right thing should happen.
