RHEL Packaging Agent 578c4fc3ec Fix CVE-2026-9499: out-of-bounds read in QTextCodec::codecForName() 
Backport upstream patch for CVE-2026-9499 to qt6-qt5compat.
The fix ensures NUL-termination of the codec name before passing
it to functions that expect NUL-terminated strings, preventing
an out-of-bounds read when QByteArray is created via
fromRawData() without NUL termination.
