spec: Switch to %autosetup for applying patches
...
This has 2 benefits:
- The spec remains parsable on current Fedora, where %patchN errors (RPM 4.20+).
- This indirectly fixes an issue with the CI (standard-test-source).
- We won't forget to apply patches when we add them.
- This actually happened to me with the latest patch, fortunately rpminspect detected it.
