e98af41da3 Minimize deps in RHEL builds 
These dependencies are optional and some are not wanted in the RHEL/ELN
buildroot.

38581803ea BuildRequire pyproject-rpm-macros explicitly (for ELN) 
Since this package does not use %pyproject_buildrequires and is included in ELN,
manual BuildRequires for pyproject-rpm-macros is necessary.

In ELN, the dependency on pyproject-rpm-macros is generated
by %pyproject_buildrequires only,
the package is not pulled in via python3-devel.

This is new since pyproject-rpm-macros 1.6.0

27bee4b858 Make the package Red Hat Enterprise Linux friendly 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux doesn't provide as much packages as Fedora.
python-networkx is just a setools dependency in Red Hat Enterprise
Linux and needs only limited set of functionality covered by small set
of requirements.

- BuildRequires are limited to necessary minimum and pytest is skipped
  in Red Hat Enterprise Linux

- -doc subpackage is not built for Red Hat Enterprise Linux

f6852e8613 Add several bug fix patches.
