Fix the %check so we run the testsuite unpatched first; to see
that upstream potentially fixed the testsuite failure (and to
always show failed build-logs).

- upstream commit ebac6d25 fixed testsuite, no need to hack the

Install it under %{_libdir}/%{name}/test, as is done in
postgresql package. Remove the %check phase as it was kludge
anyway.

* The acinclude.m4 does not seem to be needed anymore. I actually
don't know why it was originally added (very long time ago) but
now even 'autoreconf' works fine — so lets see what will happen.
* Don't autoreconf as it is not needed.
* Trim lines.
