d2814d4c33
Add debug package 
If no debug package are generated binary files included in the rpm are
not stripped and will include debug symbols.

Therefore, debug package are re-introduced.

f501c35168 Fix resteasy dependency 
resteasy dependency was modified to include only the needed subpackages
but this create problem to update. To use only subpackages resteasy
internal dependency has to be modified to avoid update error.

This commit introduces a temporarily bundled JAR, required to drop the
runtime dependencies. This will be removed before RHEL 9 GA.
