d9cf9cab0b Fix jack and pulseaudio subpackages to generate dependencies properly 
With this change, the shim libraries are installed into the correct
paths so that dependencies are generated properly and that PipeWire
will function properly as a substitute for JACK and PulseAudio library
packages.

fb7af51bff Use systemd presets to enable pipewire.socket 
The guidelines [1] are pretty clear.

Drop %global systemd conditional, it wasn't complete anyway.

8540cfbaae Avoid hard-requiring the daemon from any of the library subpackages 
Otherwise we can end up pulling the daemon in to flatpak runtime, while
it should only be installed on the host side.
