0c22913e50 Don't require the daemon package for -devel subpackage 
This allows us to avoid installing the pipewire daemon in the Flatpak
SDK.

d950c88412 Rebuilt for GNOME 3.26.0 megaupdate 
Bump and rebuild so that we can include pipewire in the GNOME 3.26.0
megaupdate in Bodhi, now that mutter depends on it.
