049983fe47 Move individual config files to the subpackages that make use of them 
Instead of having all of them in the main daemon package, move jack.conf
to the -jack subpackage, pipewire-pulse.conf to -pulseaudio subpackage,
and client.conf and client-rt.conf to -libs subpackage.

This makes sure we have the correct config files installed in Fedora
flatpak runtime where the daemon is not installed (but the library
packages are).

5b253dd275 Add LDAC and AAC dependency 
Pipewire supports using LDAC and AAC bluetooth codecs if the
appropriate libraries are present at build time. Add these
dependencies to automatically enable the use of the more modern
codecs.

02d5e55fec Obsolete libjack subpackage with jack-audio-connection-kit subpackage 
The libjack subpackage only contains a file ld.so.conf.d file which is always
installed when the jack-audio-connection-kit subpackage is installed. It is
useless on its own without the latter, so just drop that subpackage and merge
its contents into the jack-audio-connection-kit subpackage.

d9cf9cab0b Fix jack and pulseaudio subpackages to generate dependencies properly 
With this change, the shim libraries are installed into the correct
paths so that dependencies are generated properly and that PipeWire
will function properly as a substitute for JACK and PulseAudio library
packages.
