32f343b0e5 Remove BuildRoot definition 
None of currently supported distributions need that.
It was needed last for EL5 which is EOL now

- Don't build-require modules that this package provides (problem stupidly
  introduced in previous release)
- Don't need to remove empty directories from buildroot
- Drop %defattr, redundant since rpm 4.4
