Use standard p11-kit module name and location
...
* p11-kit now wants modules to use <name>.module for module
config files
* Put the module config file in the non-admin editable
location supported by p11-kit 0.16.0 and later.
* Administrators can still override any setting they want
by creating an opensc.module file in /etc/pkcs11/modules
and adding only those settings they wish to change.

Removed --enable-doc configure option
...
Instead of building and then discarding the doc files, disable the
configure option.
While at it, also fixed 'fedpkg install --short-circuit' by removing
/usr/share/doc/opensc instead of renaming it in the %install section.

...
Removed and obsoleted mozilla-opensc-signer and opensc-devel
subpackages; dropped patches which are now upstreamed. It is no longer
possible to build in both pcsc-lite and openct support, so opensc now
gets built exclusively with pcsc-lite.
