Fix the annocheck warnings. We aren't compiling with LTO. Looks like
there are new warnings, but the are unknown data in the .info which is
supposed to be ignored, but appearantly isn't.
Use nss_version explicitly as version is overiden by nspr_version
durring execution of spec

working on a fix, but his first cut didn't work and I really
want a build done so we can get a Firefox build done.
