Xiao Ni cdf21d08ef Update to latest upstream
After updating to latest upstream, bug2163711 can be fixed.
We don't use rhel only udev rule anymore and we use the
udev rules from upstream. So we don't need to modify our
rhel only udev rule again.

Resolves: bz#2163711

Subject: [PATCH 32/83] DDF: Cleanup validate_geometry_ddf_container()
Move the function up so that the function declaration is not necessary
and remove the unused arguments to the function.
No functional changes are intended but will help with a bug fix in the
next patch.
