eabdullin 41162a149d bundle_compat_lib: add the llvm 21.1.8 sources to the lookaside metadata 
Building llvm 22 with --with bundle_compat_lib pulls Source3000/3001
(llvm-project-21.1.8.src.tar.xz and its signature) so that libLLVM.so.21
ships inside llvm-libs. The c9-beta metadata only lists the 22.1.8
tarball; the 21.1.8 blobs are already in the lookaside from the c9 branch,
so only the metadata lines are missing.
