Tony Asleson 4edfde253d Remove valgrind 
This is causing build to fail as valgrind is pulling in python3.11
which is causing default python3 to change to 3.11 which causes
the build to fail as our python modules we depend on are in 3.6.

Resolves: RHEL-376
